Project Management

Project management & coordination particularly for boiler manufacturing/installation/repair and other special engineering projects contracted to local suppliers.

By being client's representative, client mainly in overseas will be able to control the project cost by saving expenses due to travelling abroad. We are able to coordinate the contractual works and verify and important milestone of a specific projects with appointed contractor/supplier through comprehensive reports.

Boiler Parts & Consumables

Fabrication & installation of various capacity ranging from 10TPH to 45TPH Bi-Drum Water Tube Boilers. Special boiler parts such as cast iron (firegrate, dust collector cones, feeding chute, etc), tubes & fabricated components for all makes of boilers.

Boiler instruments (Yokogawa, Chino, Nagano, BONT, Rototherm, Fuji, etc). Valves and fittings (Valvosider, Samson, Ari-Armaturen, Shoritsu, etc).
Consumables such as manhole gaskets (non-asbestos available), refractory, firebricks, and insulating materials.

Boiler Troubleshoot & Service

Troubleshooting for boilers and repair (package boiler & water tube boiler).
Boiler tuning (package boiler & water tube boiler).
Boiler operator /Engineer on-site training.

POME Bio-Gas Solution

Diesel engine (CAT, Cummins, Wartsila, Etc) to biogas dual fuel conversion for power generation in palm oil mill and relevant plants.
Total bio-gas capturing & handling solution.
Sales of bio-gas engines and retro fitted dual fuel converted engines.
